باستخدامك تطبيق ريّان فأنت توافق على ما يلي. حاولنا أن تكون هذه الشروط قصيرة ومفهومة.
ما هو ريّان
تطبيق مجاني يساعد الوالدين على متابعة صلوات أطفالهم وتحبيبها إليهم عبر بطاقات تُجمع وسلاسل يومية. لا يحوي إعلانات ولا مشتريات ولا محادثات.
مواقيت الصلاة تقريبية
تُحسب المواقيت داخل التطبيق من إحداثيات المدينة التي اخترتها وطريقة الحساب المعتمدة في منطقتك. الحساب الفلكي تقدير، وقد يختلف بدقائق عن تقويم مسجدك أو الجهة الرسمية في بلدك، خصوصًا في المدن الممتدة أو خطوط العرض العالية.
اعتمد على مسجدك أو الجهة المحلية المعتمدة عند الحاجة إلى الدقّة. التذكيرات في التطبيق مساعدة لطيفة، وليست بديلًا عن الأذان.
حسابك
تسجيل الدخول يتم بحساب Google لأحد الوالدين، والحساب مسؤوليتك أنت. الحساب يخصّ الوالد لا الطفل، ونتوقّع أن يكون منشئه بالغًا.
يمكنك حذف الحساب في أي وقت من حسابي ← حذف الحساب. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تحاول تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول إلى بيانات حسابات أخرى أو استخدام التطبيق لغرض مخالف للقانون. قد نوقف الوصول إذا حدث ذلك.
المحتوى
البطاقات والرسوم والنصوص داخل التطبيق ملك لنا ولا يجوز إعادة نشرها تجاريًا. الاسم الذي تُدخله لطفلك يبقى ملكك.
الخدمة كما هي
التطبيق مقدَّم «كما هو» بلا ضمانات. نبذل ما بوسعنا لإبقائه يعمل ودقيقًا، لكننا لا نضمن استمرار التوفّر أو خلوّه من الأخطاء، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية عن صلاة فائتة أو تذكير لم يصل.
تغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. سنغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه، والاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد ذلك يعني الموافقة.

By using Rayan you agree to the following. We have tried to keep this short and readable.
What Rayan is
A free app that helps parents follow their children's prayers and make them something a child looks forward to, through collectible cards and daily streaks. It contains no advertising, no purchases and no chat.
Prayer times are approximate
Times are calculated in the app from the coordinates of the city you chose and the calculation method conventional in your region. Astronomical calculation is an estimate, and it can differ by minutes from your mosque's timetable or your country's official authority — particularly in cities that sprawl, or at high latitudes.
Rely on your mosque or local authority when precision matters. The reminders in the app are a gentle help, not a substitute for the adhan.
Your account
Sign-in uses a parent's Google account, and that account is your responsibility. It belongs to the parent rather than the child, and we expect an adult to be the one creating it.
You can delete the account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reach data belonging to other accounts, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if that happens.
Content
The cards, artwork and text in the app are ours and may not be redistributed commercially. The name you enter for your child remains yours.
Provided as is
The app is provided "as is", without warranty. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability or freedom from error, and we are not liable for a missed prayer or a reminder that did not arrive.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
